Rules for the formulation and management of power industry standards
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national development and Reform Commission on the administration of the formulation of industry standards for the purpose of regulating the formulation of the standards for the electric power industry
