Project Background: The Lansi Technology Huanghua Production Base (Xingsha Second Park) is invested and constructed by Lansi Technology (Changsha) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 10 billion yuan, of which 7 billion yuan is fixed asset investment. The project is located east of Lantian Road, north of Lixiang Road, south of Changyong Expressway, and west of the planned branch road in the Changsha Economic Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 1,700 acres. After reaching full production, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 12 billion yuan, generate new tax revenue of 1 billion yuan, and provide 50,000 job positions. The project is divided into 5 plots, mainly constructing production workshops and supporting facilities for production services, auxiliary buildings, Class B warehouses, inspection rooms, employee dormitories, and more.
