The company's leadership at all levels attaches great importance to this competition, and despite the significant investment (approximately 80,000 yuan), all departments and the company's board of directors have provided full support.

Lidar Electric, in conjunction with the requirements of the Shunde District Skills Competition, organized the "Electrical Assembly Technology" skills competition, which was highly valued by leaders at all levels of the company. Despite the significant investment (approximately 80,000 yuan), all departments and company directors provided full support.This competition is divided into
three competition zones, with 45 participants in the preliminary round. There are three types of work: intelligent thyristor switch assembly technology, intelligent filtering compensation module assembly technology, and intelligent product secondary wiring harness integration technology, which are conducted independently and orderly without interference. All participating employees are fully engaged, focused on assembly, racing against time yet methodical. They showcase their true skills, competing in speed and quality. At the competition site, judges meticulously check and verify assembly quality according to standard processes, and scorekeepers rigorously verify the scores of each type of work.The preliminary and final rounds took a total of two days. After two days of intense competition, this competition successfully concluded on the afternoon of October 10, 2019! This skills competition is
the first of its kind, and it is also the first time to host a district union labor skills competition project, enriching employee activities while showcasing the enterprise's technology-first characteristics, highlighting the development concept of quality first, and bringing the skills competition to the production front line.
