The production workshop covers an area of over 10,000 square meters, with a dust-free workshop area of 2,200 square meters, and a total of more than 800 employees. It has production equipment and processing technology for glass mold opening, profiling, thermal bending, cold grinding, polishing, strengthening, plate making, vacuum coating, silk screen printing, etc. It mainly produces high-quality glass lenses and PMMA lenses required for mobile phones, watches, MP3s, MP4s, digital cameras, electrical appliances, instrument panels, and decorations.

The E1 plant of Lens Technology Co., Ltd. has a total of 3 transformers in the central electrical room, each with a capacity of 2500kVA, voltage level of 10kV/0.4kV, and the load is the crystal growth furnace. The power factor is about 0.80, and the absolute value of the third harmonic current distortion is 300A, causing equipment failures, leading to tripping, and resulting in product scrapping, with losses of hundreds of thousands of yuan for each scrapping.
