A dry transformer with a rated capacity of 630kVA is installed on-site at a crane manufacturing equipment factory; the voltage is 10kV/0.4kV. On-site Technical Challenges:

① The on-site load changes rapidly, requiring fast dynamic reactive power compensation.

② The active power demand changes rapidly and is unstable during the startup and shutdown periods of photovoltaic power generation.

③ When the equipment is lightly loaded, the light load reactive power loss of the three transformers cannot be detected and compensated on the low-voltage side.

④ There is a static reactive power compensation device on the low-voltage side that needs to be utilized.
