[Project Report] Hunan Hengyang Lithium Battery Factory Adopts LiDAR Electric Low Voltage Automatic Reactive Power Compensation and Harmonic Suppression Device Products.

A company in Hengyang, Hunan is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in solar energy storage colloidal batteries and environmentally friendly valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries. Its business scope includes lead plates, batteries, chargers, solar power generation systems, chargers, and related equipment. These products are mainly used in solar and wind energy storage systems, UPS backup power communication systems, and automatic control systems. Electricity Overview: The newly built workshop is equipped with 3 transformers. Workshop 3 is equipped with a transformer with a rated capacity of 1250 kVA, Workshop 4 is equipped with a transformer with a rated capacity of 1600 kVA, and Workshop 6 is also equipped with a transformer with a rated capacity of 1600 kVA. The rated voltage is 10kV/0.4kV, and the main loads are heating equipment, rectifying equipment, etc. The natural power factor ranges from 0.3 to 0.75. Due to the low power factor, the utilization rate of the transformers is low, leading to overcurrent, increased noise, and temperature rise in the transformers, and even causing the main circuit breaker to trip. Design Plan: For each transformer, a set of low-voltage automatic reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression device (MSCGD) is designed for the low-voltage side to improve the power factor, reduce system current, and enhance power quality. Effect Analysis: After the low-voltage MSCGD device is put into operation, the system power factor improved from around 0.45 to about 0.92, and the system current decreased from approximately 1250A to 840A, solving the user's power quality issues and saving more than 10% on electricity costs. After the low-voltage MSCGD device is put into operation,
