The tobacco leaf processing company has harmonic sources mainly from two distribution rooms. The load is the "leaf stripping line," which filters out impurities from the tobacco leaves to obtain impurity-free tobacco leaves. This process is achieved through inverters and motors. The inverter is a significant source of harmonics, which causes serious harmonic pollution and interference in the system, necessitating harmonic treatment. Treatment plan: Based on the analysis of the test data, we recommend using 7 active power filters in the two distribution rooms: two units in the first distribution room and the remaining units in the second distribution room.
