Guangda Electric Is A Professional Organization Dedicated To Solving Power Quality Problems Of Users

How to solve the power quality issues caused by equipment such as blowers, inverters, and circulating water pumps?

When the transformer is operating under normal load, a large number of capacitors and switching devices in the original compensation device are damaged, resulting in a seriously insufficient power factor. Furthermore, previous tests have shown that the harmonic content of the on-site current is around 25%, which severely pollutes the power grid and the quality of electrical energy, increases electricity consumption losses, and causes equipment overheating. This poses safety risks for equipment operation and reduces its lifespan.

Case Study on the Renovation of Roller Kilns in the Manufacturing Industry

Company Introduction: Guangdong Zhongpeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Foshan, China. It is a professional company that integrates research and design, processing and manufacturing, construction installation, and debugging services for lithium battery material sintering equipment. The company's main products include roller kilns, rotary kilns, box furnaces, and automated crucible handling systems, targeting domestic lithium battery material manufacturers. On-site Situation: There are currently 2 transformers with a rated capacity of 2500kVA, voltage levels of 10kV/0.4kV. Each roller kiln under the transformers is controlled by 3 distribution switches, experiencing low power factor and harmonic issues. Solution: Based on engineering experience, the original compensation...

Case Study on the Renovation of Old Compensation Cabinets

(Before Renovation) The current situation on site has 2 transformers with a rated capacity of 2500kVA, voltage levels of 10kV/0.4kV, and 2 reactive power compensation cabinets. The capacitors are severely leaking oil, and the switching devices frequently burn out. When the current reaches 2800A, the busbar vibrates abnormally. Based on on-site test data, it is determined that the harmonics exceed the standard, leading to failures in the original compensation cabinet. Solution (After Renovation) Based on engineering experience, the original compensation cabinet will be upgraded by replacing the pure capacitive reactive power compensation devices with intelligent filtering compensation modules and active filtering modules from Guida Electric. The provided TSVGGD device addresses the new power quality issues.
