Active filter compensation module
Active filter compensation module is designed for dynamic harmonic management of 0.4KV power supply system. Parallel in the power grid system, through the external CT, real-time detection of load current, using DSP/FPGA/CPLD chip, with the latest fast harmonic governance or reactive power extraction technology, quickly analyze the load current harmonic or reactive power content, and then according to the set value to generate PWM pulse, drive the bidirectional converter composed of three-level IGBT module. Generate a compensation current that meets the requirements of the power grid. The harmonic current or reactive current can be compensated dynamically and accurately, and the quality of power supply can be improved.

Design requirements
- 1.Modules are equipped with a ventilation system. The front door plate of the cabinet body should be perforated for ventilation, and the rear door should use a fan.
- 2.Single cabinet capacity ≤300kvar, the rear door should use 4 fans, exhaust air volume is not less than 40m³/min.
- 3.Single cabinet capacity>300kvar, the rear door should use 6 fans, exhaust air volume is not less than 60m³/min.
- 4.If the temperature is too high, the service life of module will be reduced (the electrical life will be reduced by twice every 10℃ increase).
- 5.When the natural air cooling at the installation site of the complete cabinet of module is insufficient, an air conditioning system needs to be installed in the room.
- 6.When the device runs every 3 months, power should be cut off for maintenance. Open the cabinet door and clean the dust.
