    Design requirements

     

    1. 1.ZBMGD modules are equipped with a ventilation system. The front door plate of the cabinet body should be perforated for ventilation, and the rear door should use a fan.   
    2. 2.Single cabinet capacity ≤400kvar, the rear door should use 4 fans, exhaust air volume is not less than 40m³/min. 
    3. 3.Single cabinet capacity>400kvar, the rear door should use 6 fans, exhaust air volume is not less than 60m³/min. 
    4. 4.If the temperature is too high, the service life of ZBMGD module will be reduced (the electrical life will be reduced by twice every 10℃ increase).
    5. 5.When the natural air cooling at the installation site of the complete cabinet of ZBMGD module is insufficient, an air conditioning system needs to be installed in the room.
    6. 6.When the device runs every 3 months, power should be cut off for maintenance. Open the cabinet door and clean the dust.

Incoming / Outgoing reactor

Sinusoidal filter


Sinusoidal filter is mainly used to solve the harmonic problem at the output of the inverter. The sinusoidal filter can convert the PWM wave output of the inverter into sinusoidal wave, reduce the voltage impact of the PWM pulse output of the inverter, reduce the traveling wave reflection phenomenon at the motor end, and prevent the insulation breakdown of the motor, resulting in cable burst. The function of long-distance transmission of frequency converter is realized.
