THDi filter

Device-level filters are products specially designed by lidar electric for power electronic equipment to reduce harmonics. They ensure that the harmonic currents generated by three-phase rectifier circuits meet national standards and improve the equipment's surge interference resistance. They are ideal for variable frequency drives, UPS, various power supplies, medium-frequency furnaces, and other power electronic equipment. The products themselves have a long service life and low losses, and are currently a domestic industry leader.

Fast-acting vacuum circuit breaker

During a short-circuit fault: the fast‑acting vacuum circuit breaker rapidly discharges the energy stored in its energy‑storage capacitor, and the electromagnetic repulsive force generated by eddy currents directly actuates the breaker to achieve rapid opening. It can detect a short-circuit fault within 2 ms and complete opening within 4 ms of receiving the command, enabling it to interrupt the fault during the initial phase of the short-circuit current, thereby preventing overreaching tripping of upstream switches. The trip‑current threshold is customizable. In the absence of a fault: the fast‑acting vacuum circuit breaker is fully compatible with conventional medium‑voltage circuit breakers in terms of operating procedures, physical dimensions, and wiring configurations. It can detect a short-circuit fault within 2 ms and complete opening within 4 ms of receiving the command, allowing it to interrupt the fault during the first peak of the short-circuit current and preventing overreaching tripping of upstream switches. The trip‑current threshold is also configurable.

KOGD output reactor

Output AC reactor: Used for smoothing and filtering, reducing transient voltage dv/dt, extending motor life, lowering motor noise, minimizing eddy current losses, decreasing leakage currents caused by high-order output harmonics, and protecting the power switching devices inside the inverter.

Power Quality Online Monitoring Device

The PM600 (S/M/Q) online power quality monitoring device is specifically designed for monitoring the power quality of “Class I loads.” The MP600 (S/M/Q) features high accuracy, excellent stability, a compact footprint, and easy installation, with accuracy fully compliant with the IEC 61000‑4‑30 Class A standard.

Four-quadrant reactive power compensation controller for photovoltaic systems

The MCGD‑G can monitor reactive power and voltage fluctuations in the grid in real time. By adjusting the reactive power output of the photovoltaic system, it achieves reactive power compensation, thereby enhancing grid stability and power quality. At the same time, it intelligently regulates the active power output of the photovoltaic system based on solar irradiance conditions and grid demand, enabling maximum power point tracking and optimized energy utilization.

APFGD Active Filter Cabinet

The APFGD/SVGGD device is a novel power electronic system designed to address power quality issues, employing an external current transformer to continuously monitor the load current in the grid.

Wall-Mounted Active Power Filter Compensation Module

The active filtering compensation module is a modular product specially developed by Guangda Electric for dynamic harmonic mitigation in 0.4 kV power supply systems. Connected in parallel with the grid, it uses an external current transformer to continuously monitor the load current. Leveraging DSP, FPGA, and CPLD chips, along with cutting-edge rapid harmonic mitigation and reactive power extraction technologies, it swiftly analyzes the harmonic and reactive components of the load current. Based on user-defined setpoints, it generates PWM pulses to drive a bidirectional converter composed of three-level IGBT modules, thereby producing compensation currents that meet grid requirements. This enables dynamic, precise compensation of harmonic and reactive currents, ultimately enhancing power quality. Active modular power quality products comprise three types of modules: Static Var Generators (SVG), Three-Phase Unbalance Controllers (ASVG), and Active Power Filters (APF).
